LumiBeam X 4K Projector Warranty Policy

1. Warranty Coverage
The LumiBeam X 4K Projector comes with a **2-year limited warranty** from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects and hardware malfunctions under normal use.

2. What’s Covered
- Defects in materials or workmanship
- Malfunctions of core components (LED light source, internal circuitry, etc.)
- Factory-installed software issues

3. What’s Not Covered
- Damage from accidents, drops, liquid exposure, or improper use
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Normal wear and tear (e.g., remote control battery life)
- Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents)

4. Warranty Claim Process

- Proof of purchase (receipt/order number)
- A description of the issue
- Photos/videos of the defect (if applicable)
2. If eligible, we’ll provide a prepaid return label or repair instructions.
